Evening all update
original safeguarding letter cafcass state parties are not suitable for spip due to alleged allegations.
courts ordered cafcass to direct both parties to the spip
original no contact due to ongoing police investigation.
courts ordered for 2/3 sessions in contact center to be observed by cafcass for there section 7 report.
ex solictor attempted to blame the courts for wife accepting nmo on no findings no admission clear sign wanted second bite of cherry.
courts did not order any fact find
so all in all positive hearing and get to see kids after 7 months
