"Parenting Apart Programme"

I am a kinship foster grandfather and have had to deal with toxicity of biblical proportions when dealing with a parent - thankfully the truth is now all out in the open. Local Children Services insisted we deal with the "Parenting Apart Programme" who frankly were so awful it still wrankles some 3 years later. Meddlesome and extremely gender biased (toward females) does not go far enough and they installed themselves in part of a group that could have caused irreparable damage to the children's welfare; a number of those group left Children' Services in the aftermath. Truly, I could not advise anyone strongly enough to avoid PAP like the plague
