Evening all police interview all done today wasn’t arrested or charged didn’t ask for my mobile so guess that’s a good thing.Just waiting game now on what the police decide was no supporting evidence just what she informed police over the phone.Cafcass initial safeguarding call all done on Wednesday.Scott schedule came 5 days later but only after email sent to courts and solictor funnily 10 minutes later recieved it.no further allegations added and only evidence given was emails texts sent after she had left which police have nfa as its fathers rights to be concerned for children’s whereabouts so all in all good positive week again thank you all for advice help given and support would be lost.definitely long road but bit by bit the bullshit and lies come out so keep believing stay positive have great weekend all the best
I can 99 % confidently assure you police wont be doing anything other than NFA. Big clue is they didnt even take your mobile phone . Sounds like police already on your side and not even bothered to do anything other than a chat with you to get some background
They dont know you so probably wanted to meet you before closing the case. I mean you could of surprised them and been a total psycho haha and changed their minds
@warwickshire1i do hope so I was the one asking for the interview as quicker it’s dealt with removes the safeguarding issues if police involvement

Having gone through it all with the police the fact you haven't been arrested nor had phone your phone taken is all very positive and highly likely NFA..
Keep thinking positive, as you say, slowly but surely you will get there...
