Thought you’d like to read this post, I know it’s concerned with internal relocation, but courts are directed to see both internal and external relocation in the same light.

Thank you once again Mojo, I have made a note of cases for hubs to pass to solicitor. We are still waiting for Cafcass to get in touch regarding S.7 Report, fingers crossed it goes well!
