If you want to contest the non mol then the Judge will likely tell her to prepare a Scott schedule with 5 incidents.  You will then have an opportunity to explain why the item is untrue.  There will eventually be a trial at which the Judge will determine which version of events is more plausible.  At the first hearing you can write a position statement explaining that you wish to oppose the making of the order and give brief reasons.  It's likely the order will be made in the interim though.  You might consider offering undertakings or even cross undertakings.  Cross undertakings are when you might wish to stop her from harassing you.
