Child Access Over Christmas

Hi,

I am after some advice please. Recent separated with ex and previously arranged access over Christmas. She is now ignoring me via previous dialogue which was done over Whatsapp. I think she has muted me and has been ignoring me for days. I haven’t pushed the matter. How should I proceed to further contact without her claiming harassment?
I’m guess other forms of contact are also blocked text etc. I plan to go round tomorrow as previously arranged but don’t hold much hope.

Any advice?

hi, if she not expecting you to turn up tomorrow, then not good idea to go. she could claim harrassment with police.

It sounds as though you need an agreement over child access and possibly maintenance?  You can suggest a parenting plan and there is a framework on the Cafcass website.  Would also suggest you use an app such as Appclose for child contact.  Try to avoid the courts as that’s stressful, costly and takes ages.  Mediation is an option.  Use a registered mediator and you can find one on the Family Mediation Council website.
