Hi i have a child maintenance agreement with my ex he is 19 and has come to the end of a 3 year college course in july for my payments to continue does she have to prove further higher education proof for payments to continue and if no proof is given am i right to withhold payment?

Hi,
Child maintenance ends when child leaves full time education. If they start university (advanced education), then child maintenance stops. If your paying through child maintenance service, then the status of child benefit decides it. If child benefit is finished, then child maintenance ends.
