Hi, I can't offer you any advice, but I genuinely feel for you and wish you the best of luck. Maybe going easy on yourself will help you go easier on your kids, and I'm sure things will get better over time, as you come to terms with the situation and grow in your role as single parent. All the best!
I'm so sorry for your loss. It’s totally normal to feel overwhelmed and angry right now. Don't be hard on yourself. Try to lean on family and friends for support, and consider therapy for both you and the kids to help with coping. Establishing a consistent routine can help manage your daughter's tantrums. Make sure to take some time for self-care, even if it's just a few minutes a day. You're doing your best, and that's enough.
