As the secondary care for your child, what care plan do you work to? Mine is not working for my child and seems to be based around other things so really want some clear ideas for this, I work full time and have a part time job also so I am limited but can be flexible if needed. Just want to see what other dad's in my position are doing to make it work?? Many thanks.

hi,

for me there is not really a plan I work to. While I was going through courts I completed Cafcass parenting plan, could give you some ideas: https://www.cafcass.gov.uk/grown-ups/parents-and-carers/divorce-and-separation/parenting-plan/
