Upon checking my bank today I have noticed they are taking nearly £100 a week off me for maintenance. 2 parents, 1 private agreement the other this even though she's left with disputed son and can't be found.
I have gone to my online portal and they have stated that this is due to them investigating my earnings. I queried this and complained when it was done originally as they were using money transferred from my business account into my personal account as extra income.
This was not the case, it was all legit in my tax returns but they completely bypassed my tax return total they received from HMRC and added some extortionate figure that they refuse to believe did not exist. I have told them business and personal is one entity but doesn't seem to make a difference.
I have passed the deadline now for reconsideration.
What can I do as I cannot afford this at all
