Hello all
If I have a private arrangement that states ,,,, Payments will start on XXX and end on, The youngest child of the family attaining the sage of 18 years or ceasing full-time secondary, whichever shall be the later.
4 kids, 2 over 18 and stop paying - 3rd child just turned 18 and at college, question can I now stop paying for him ?
4th and youngest child is only 15 but assume when he gets to 18 I stop all payments

I would say that college is still secondary education, so from what you have said, you still need to pay for him.
