[Solved] Providing evidence to CMS

Evening,

Apologies if this has already been posted but after a long argument with Child Maintenance Arrive this eve I need to provide evidence to them regarding my involvement with the upbringing of my 2 children.

My son is 18 but in full time education but part time work and pretty much comes and goes as he pleases.

My daughter is 13 and spends more time with me but her mother remains primary carer.

There has always been mutual agreements in place regarding the children but now she is desperate for cash and has lied on how often they are with me so the onus is on me to provide proof of how often I have them rather than her provide proof.

Any ideas on what I can provide in evidence?

Thanks in advance

hi,

do you have any email or message exchanges between you and ex, about where and how often the kids stay? can show that to CMS. other than that they would like to see a court order which states how many nights the kids stay with you. i sent them my court order so it could not be disputed.
