Do I have to pay child maintenance if I am receiving student maintenance? I am due to start a full time course at the university which comes with student stipend for maintenance.
Hi, am not sure about this. If you will be working part time while studying, you may need to pay maintenanc. Would suggest you contact child maintenance service and ask about this.
