hi can anyone tell about spose maintenance I had a court order in 1977 but never been paid a penny

I'd go and see the Citizens Advice Bureau. Strictly speaking, it's a breach of the court order, but whether you can get it enforced 35 years later is questionable - it's possible that a court might award some of it.
