Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entries
1.1 DadTalk.co.uk competitions are open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
1.2 All entrants must be aged 18 or over
1.3 Employees of DadTalk.co.uk and their families are not eligible to submit a competition entry.

2. General Competition Details
2.1 It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
2.2 Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.3 All entries must be received by the closing date as advertised on the specific competition page.
2.4 The requirements of an entry are stipulated on the specific competition page.
2.5 All entries must be supplied with a name, address, email and telephone number.
2.6 Only one entry per person.
2.7 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
2.8 No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
2.9 The promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the result thereof.

3. Winners
3.1 Winners will be randomly selected through a computer generated system
3.2 Winners Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
3.3 The winners may be required to participate in publicity
3.4 The winners name and county may be disclosed to anyone enquiring within one month after the winner is announced.
3.5 The winners name and county will be displayed on the DadTalk website.
3.6 Winners will be notified on the date advertised on the relevant competition page.

4. Legal
4.1 English Law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail
