Can someone tell me how I add a picture to my profile so it comes up when i post?

Then you need to find the picture on the web (or use a hosting site like photobucket if its your own photo.) In this case the url to the picture is http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj30 ... phooey.gif
You need to use img option above to add it. If you hover your mouse pointer over the img button you will see the context help which will explain the right syntax.
If you need a further explanation let me know.
