Hi , hope you guys are doing fine .
Attended court yesterday, she withdrew her application for occupation , judge didn’t grant molestation yet until further evidence is submitted. She has been ordered by the judge to apply for divorce within 14 days and to submit all other evidence. Would anyone know why she has been ordered to apply for divorce within 14 days ?

It seems she is more desperate to obtain the molestation!! What’s her gain in obtaining that?

NON MOLESTATION = FREE REPRESENTATION BY SOLICITOR AND BARRISTER FOR CHILD ARRANGEMENTS.

Without non mol ...ex wife will have to pay like yourself

I got no idea divorces are very complicated. she will probably be seeking half of the money at the very least towards it. i know they are in some cases a lot worse than sorting child arrangements. just avoid getting into arguments etc with her and do everything legal way and come on this forum for help and support.

yes perhaps thats why shes keen on getting non-[censored] pinching order. in my case there was no non-mol against me. but ex still got legal with weak domestic abuse/violence claims, and pretending to have no savings.

Hi all , just to update attended court and she dropped the molestation charge against my sister, upon entering the court room she withdrew her application for occupation. Judge has asked her to provide further evidence to support her molestation order and told her to file for divorce.

Judge is expecting no evidence and wants her to file for divorce

Hi guys , hope everyone is fine in this current situation. Just to update on my situation, unfortunately I took an undertaking and now I understand she has got access to legal aid ! The children are still residing with me , social services single assessment is in my favour, she withdrew her application for occupation in January. She is currently privately renting and working part time . Can any shed some light

hi,

its great the kids are still residing with you. so this will stay as it is for now? there been other cases where dads could not see kids for 6 months, until their non-mol expires. did you have lawyer representing you?
