Hello folks,

Court has ordered a 12 week session program to re-establish my relationship with my daughter, while this is positive and moving in the right direction, they have requested a Section 7 report be generated over this period.

What is this section 7 report?
Should I be worried about its content?
Is it a good thing / bad thing?

Any information very welcomed.

Cheers
Harry

I can't comment as I'm in Scotland and things are different, but don't be worried about a report.

I'm due to get a BAR report done and I'm actually looking forward to it because I know it will make life a lot easier.

Don't worry about it!

Excellent response 🙂 Basically, if you have nothing to hide and you are acting in the best interests of a child, then any report shouldn't be a worry.
