Can you give a bit more information on what you are proposing? If you have PR, you should contact the practice manager for your son's doctor to get the information.
non-molestation order is stopping me having contact with my ex but this effects contact with my son so I have now appealed the order based on the lies she has told to the court, police etc.
was wondering if I can propose cross undertaking or if the judge will order this or it be offered
my ex is saying I need to go contact centre again after letting my son have overnight stays
she is being nasty to hurt me and I am hurting big time
there is so many questions I wish to raise to the court but I only want to see my son

been looking at case law today so I can use a previous judgement to show contact should continue but not sure which ones I need got the link from this site today
