HI,can anyone tell me do i also send a CIA to my ex.I was the one who was abused as she suffers from mental illness. But she has made up a lot of things in her CIA.even down to me being on an anger management course when we met?? untrue, but i worry incase the court believe her.surly if i went on one of these courses my doctor or police would have sent me.?or have a record of it.Ian so stressed after finding out no legal aid will be through untill after the first hearing.so i have to do it all without a solicitor.

Try and keep calm, the first hearing will be relatively short and there will be an interim residency order made and possibly an interim contact order made for her to have some contact with the child. If this happens, I think you should ask for this to be supervised for the time being until the reports are concluded and the risk factors assessed.

Yep, keep it calm, respond calmly to her statement with the truth (I wouldn't ask her to provide proof of her allegations as that implies they could be true, but that she can't get the proof), and don't turn it into a mud slinging match.
