[Solved] Court Order

my ex partner has said that i can have access to my daughter in a womans centre but ive been told for that to happen i have to be granted a court order how do i see about going and getting that sorted

all help and questions are welcome are much appreciated

I assume she means a contact centre. I'd get in touch with your local contact centre and see what they need for a referral - some will need a contact order, some will take on contact with a referral from a solicitor, but they may be happy to simply work with the parents.

Would you ex consider mediation - that's ideally the first thing to try www.nfm.org.uk

Here's a link to the contact centres website, I believe you can self refer now, in certain circumstances but there's,a charge for this.
