Good afternoonIm looking to refer myself on an indepth online course which will satisfy the family court and cafcass.Is this something someone can help with or can you pointme in the right direction.
I googled DAPP courses (Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme) and the advice seems to be not to self refer. The Cafcass website states that the Ministry of Justice has decided to work towards replacing the existing DAPP with a new programme and that referrals to the existing DAPP ceased on 30 June 2022. I suggest you contact the Cafcass officer who was involved with your case and check this info
