Hi,
I want to make a application to European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg to override a recent family law case that was rejected in the court of appeal.
The court of appeal said I cannot even have a oral hearing, I believe my Human rights have been violated.
Does anyone have experience in bringing a case to European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg??
Sorry I can't offer any words of support. Try contacting your local MP?
At this level of the family courts my advice would be that legal advice would be most appropriate.
Your MP may be able to advise further and you may need to seek pro bono advice to establish whether you have a case that the ECHR will consider.
