hi sorry to keep posting things that are no help to others I am getting so confused with all the things im reading online
can anyone just explain some things to me please
first is a non-molestation order defence tired in to my c100 form although I filed the defence form first
what is the first hearing called/what happens/what do I have to prepare
how can I propose cross undertakings/what does it mean layman's terms is this something judge proposes
can I prepare a consent order/or ask for it
can I send a separation agreement before court hearing to my ex
do I need a position statement/how do I prepare it
medical records can I ask judge to get them[hers]
doctors reports[hers]
please help me my mind is spinning and im getting so worried I might miss something important out

...I really think you could do with talking to someone face to face. Families Need Fathers is a group that as well as having a very informative website, also holds branch meetings nationally. Several forum members have attended and found them extremely helpful. Here's a link to the web page where you can access the details of the meetings in your locality.

You might also find it useful to look for a solicitor that offers a free initial consultation, you can make an appointment and get some answers to your questions about the non mol order.
