Got my contact order though and im in court for the hearing next friday (14th may) i have to liase with the councillor before hand but what do i need to say/do..........not sure if the ex will be attending but if she is i'll be calm. at the end of the day its her thats dictated the 56hrs a month i see my kids not me. she's given me no option but to do this and i hope it goes my way.
any tactics appreciated.

I agree, and try to argue positively for your case, rather than negatively against hers.
Cheers everyone, Im sure the court will see for themselves what she's like if she kicks off and dissagrees. I'll explain how little i have them and how much fun they have and how much they want to visit my gf, yet she says she won't have her kids forced anywhere...........They'd love to visit because i talk to my kids and thats what they have told me.
She's an odd one,all will be revealed..............fingers double X'd
