sorry for the confusion, this is related to finances the children have already been sorted with 50/50. we are now onto the finances we have agreed a split of 80/20 on the house but i just want to make sure she cant come back for more.

I would recommend reading the guide on the advicenow.org.uk website called 'A survival guide to sorting out your finances when you get divorced'. In section 4 they say they have teamed up with a selected group of solicitors to offer help for this part of the process at a more affordable price. It seems to be £240.
