My Situation - Thoughts / Advice

Hi everyone. Below is my current situation.

I ended it with my ex due to her controlling behaviour, and influence of her mother.

Ex then made up all rubbish allegations. Child spoke to Social and was adamant nothing concerned him. Nobody had hurt him. Ever.

Mother was told child did not disclose anything to be worried about. A week later mother records a video of child making a sexual allegation against me. Clearly telling child what to say on video.

I haven't seen my son in 18 months. Police never arrested me. Went to voluntary interview was NFA'ed as Prosecution Service said they had serious reservations about evidence put forward. This was disclosed to me by my barrister.

She got an NMO ex parte based on allegation. Had me arrested twice. No evidence. I provided dash cam footage showing she was lying. Provided photographic / video evidence of her being abusive and stalking.

I made a complaint to police about being harassed endlessly with these allegations / being arrested. File going to prosecution service recommending prosecution.

She was forced by her legal team to withdraw her NMO last Monday given everything we were going to disclose in defence.

Meanwhile the Court Social Worker is currently doing a welfare Report which is to be ready by 20th Dec. She has spoken to both of us. The Court Social Worker has told me directly she believes child was coached and has serious concerns about my exes mental health and ability to meet my son's emotional / mental needs.

Court Social Worker added my solicitor whether I wanted joint full residence with mum or full residence. Told her joint full residence. Child needs both parents blah, blah. Ex went mental, flipped out on every professional agency involved.

Surely a Court Social Worker even asking that question is a very positive sign?

Hi,

The social worker asking you about your preference for residency does sound very promising. Seems like that video backfired on your ex big time. Hopefully this all goes in your favor.
