This is a link to Ofsteds website and a consultation document on proposals for the inspection of CAFCASS. This invites your views on their proposals for the new inspection arrangements which will come into effect in September 2013. The closing date for the consultation is March 12th. Anyone who feels strongly enough about the services they received from CAFCASS can access the online questionaire and give their view of the proposals.
