After nearly 4 years of us being apart, my ex wife and myself have had what started out as a tiff due to her forgetting the dates of my honeymoon, to a full blown argument which resulted in her contacting my wife telling her how I used to beat her children from a previous marriage. My wife isn't particularly bothered or fazed by the comments as we both know how she can be when she has a bee in her bonnet.
I would like to know if there is anything I can do from a legal point of view to prevent her saying such things as not only are they false and hurtful, but I don't want her saying things to my 2 sons which could affect the relationship we have.
Thanks a lot
