I meant to update sooner but I’ve been busy with work and have been out of the country for a bit.

Last month I had a contact hearing and for the first time in 2 years of struggle and heartache I can feel the tide is moving towards me. I was almost in shock when I left the hearing because nothing has gone in my favour in the past.

Ive read a few similar stories of false DV claims which have surfaced to control contact, the type of contact you have with your kids and the various restrictions. Well after years of being treated like I have no rights, I have been given access to my daughter at home, it’s still supervised contact for now but it represents a huge step forward. Just to get this far i have had to move mountains. i can now take her to the park and anywhere i can please to do normal stuff.

My ex is the most manipulative and convincing character to have walked the earth, but finally i am convinced the various judges can see all her claims contain no substance and she's merely trying to be obstructive and hurt me.

I essentially got my contact order changed on many aspects and although the other party opposed to everything i wanted i GOT IT ALL! Not because its a silly game of one-up but because those changes represent the best for our child. The judge also mentioned i could expect to have her as per normal within the year!

So to all you guys please just be patient, i know its hard but go through the process, see your children in a contact centre, get the reports, show your dedication, let the accusations go and just defend yourself honourably and things will get there.

In 4-5 months i will have my daughter back and things will be back to normal and that person who calls herself a mother will never be able to come between us again!
