Any good workout routines you people might follow for weight lifting.
My main aim is to lose fat but also gain muscle. I'm quite a big lad but want to cut down on fat.
Any good workout suggestions?

Got a good one for Ab work etc only need to do it for 15mins a day PM meyour email addy and I'll fire it across
