info on Ante and Post Natal depression needed

I run a company called Calm Beginnings, we provide support for parents from conception through your children's first year of life. I am currently writing an article on Dads with Ante and Post Natal depression and would love to hear your story - what it felt like, how you knew you had it and what help there was for you, did you tell anyone and what was their reaction?
