Hi I was just wondering, My 11 year old son doesn’t want to live with his mother anymore and we don’t have any official living arrangements can he just stay with me if he wants to?

hi,
if there is no court order in place, technically he can live with you if both parents respect his wishes. legally a child cannot decide where/who they live with until they are 16 years old.
