How does a self employed person show Proof of Income to a landlord?

If you are renting through an agent, they will help with advising what evidence you need. If it’s difficult you might be able to ask a family member to stand as guarantor for you

The following documents helped me:
- Annual tax returns.
- Bank statements.
- Profit and loss statements.
- Paystubs
