Update nmo section 7

Afternoon all bit of an update on my case.

nmo in place till early next year on a no findings no admission.

all allegations made to police from coercive control emotional physical abuse harassment child abuse have all been filed NO further action.I had voluntary interview 3 months ago.

child arrangements fhdra hearing courts ordered for section 7 to be carried out by cafcass with both sides doing position statement once report recieved which will be October time.

This is point where guessing ex will attempt to throw further allegations to cafcass and push for fact finding especially after nfa to all police reports and with courts being based on probabilities will want a second shot at the lies being believed by the corrupt family court system no evidence but still believe bullshit.

also now using our 3 year old to have therapy cause of abuse she witnessed her mum suffer.

Yet when asked by police if wanted investigation into abuse she suffered. Her words in police disclosure (not interested in criminal proceedings it’s long drawn out process and have no real evidence and this was mentioned to me several times (police officer) report.

any advice for section 7 main 1 don’t slag ex off but anything else to help report.

I am seeking weekends weekday half holidays contact

at present I have no contact with kids and haven’t had any since February.

I do have interim hearing in 2weeks asking for interim contact as reason no contact given was because of the police investigation and also the nmo fact find which was due to take place but then last minute agreed on staying in place on no findings no admission by father

all the best

hi,

for section 7 I recommend you complete cafcass' parenting plan: https://www.cafcass.gov.uk/grown-ups/parents-and-carers/divorce-and-separation/parenting-together/parenting-plan/

mention it to them in your interview. will show that your child focused.

if you have a difficult ex, be very specific about the time your seeking with kids, like 7 consecutive nights in the summer, easter, xmas etc. half days on birthdays, xmas?

@positivety05 no it shouldn't be an issue at all. I did the same, and cafcass said they will pass over my plan to ex, for her to review and to add anything if she wants.
