[Solved] for paternity

Hi,
I am going to dad 1st week of april that means my wife due date 9th april 2013. normally i could entitle 2 weeks paternity. I am working sainsburys last 2years and 2month as a full time customer service assistant. my question is could I able to take more then 2 weeksunpaid holiday after my baby born if I need please.? and my job would be still be keep? thanks

Have you asked your employer what they think - it's always better to try to get their agreement rather than go straight for legal entitlements, and they should comply with the law as a minimum anyway.
