Hi all

Does anyone know the simple route to file for a family court appeal?

I know it's good reason etc but how do I do it?

Cheers

To succeed on an appeal, you will need to show that the first judge did not apply the law correctly, or did not follow the correct procedure, or that there are other strong reasons why the decision was wrong or unfair.

What is the issue?   You might be able to reapply if circumstances have changed.

You could contact dad unlimited (dadsunltd.org.uk) for legal advice

You may have a time limit for appeal written in to the order.  If not it will need to be within 21 days.   If you apply for a transcript it could take some time so you may be out of the appeal time limit.

@dadmod3 thank you. All written and I've emailed to local court and suggested they call me for payment. I've ignored transcript as would be entirely out of range. They don't make it easy to submit online or pay. Is there an option anywhere to submit online? Cheers again
