Obligations and Rights for natural kid

Hi, I'm spanish living in London and I've seen a woman a couple of times that now is pregnant. We are not in relations but still have good terms. She is herself italian. I would like to know my obligations and my rights when the child is born, for the future and because UK isn't my country.
- What is the sum/pensions that I have to participate per month? how is it calculated? I am currently unemployed, but will start a 6-month contractor role in January.
- Do I have any saying regarding the kid location or has she fully the right to leave UK and live in Italy to educate the kid? Not that I'm against at all but I'm just wondering if we have obligations to stay in a minimum distance or can she go 9000km away from me.
- do my pension/benefits stop if she leaves the country for example? I do want to participate forever but wondering if it varies and how.
- could I have the right to joint custody? of this type ?
- if she uses drugs, or behaves badly, insults me, or others, how can i protect myself and the kid legally?

I asked these questions to understand the situation/the big picture anticipating all kinds of scenarios to be aware of my rights in a country that is not mine.

Thanks for your understanding and kindness to support me among other dads here.

Hi,

With regards to child you could try arrange private arrangement with partner, to pay maintenance for child. You can use this .gov calculator:

https://www.gov.uk/calculate-child-maintenance

With regards to relocating with child, thats something you can try to work out with her. If you can't work out or you disagree then suggest to seek legal advice.

Are you claiming benefits for yourself or is it joint claim? If  either then it can get affected if you leave country.
