Hi, I’m paying CMS to my ex.My son moved out months ago -he’s 18 and still in education.Should I still be paying maintenance to her? He pays rent to his girlfriend’s mum. My ex gives him £23 a week and £15 per month to get his hair cut.

Hi,
It's possible for her to keep claiming child benefit if she carries on paying towards child, while they live with someone else:

With CMS they will expect you to carry on paying maintenance as long as child benefit still active and still in full time education
