@Bestdad111 lol even cafcass were not happy about doing a 2nd report when the first report was less than a year old. they wanted to do an addendum, which i believe is a shortened version. but ex barrister convinced court to do s7 again and they ordered it. waste of time and resources.

I had two days fact findings and final hearing in a row. Next week will be judgement.

Xe solicitor tried to convince the Judge to get s7 but Judge said NO at the end of day Judge said to her your allegations are not true so finger crossed next week.
She wants me to see my daughter under supervision but I did not agree I said only handover.
