DADS - Virtual Parent Gym.
The programme is completely free and all dads are welcome. Sessions will be live and interactive and are going to run on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 until 9pm starting from the 5th November (for five sessions).
The coach is mother of four and professional parent coach Elizabeth OβShea. The sessions are via Webex. Thereβs no special equipment needed; just a computer with internet access and either a landline phone or a headset to plug into the computer.
Class details:
Parent Gym is a series of five practical, interactive sessions covering all those key areas that we have to handle as parents. We look at communication skills, discipline, balancing love with independence, building support networks, dealing with conflict and how to support our children's learning.
Sessions are led by a trained volunteer who is also a parent and are designed to be fun, upbeat and non-judgemental.
The Virtual Parent Gym is aimed at dads with children up to the age of 11.
