Me and My ex split up 5 months ago, we had a child together a year and 5 months ago. She split up with me and Messed with my mind telling me she wants me back and stuff. but everytime I seem to miss what she says or not realise as she always tried to get me back by messaging me on my diactivated facebook or email address that she knows I dont use, so when I actually found out that she wanted me back it was too late cos she thought I was ignoring her (when she knew I did not read the messages)

She smokes cannabis on the daily and she lives in coventry and I live in somerset as I had to move due to falling into a deep depression cos of her. she now wont let me see my son on my own. She says that she wont let me see him. I dont want to go up coventry once a week to see him for an hour, I want my son to come down for a few days. My family want to see him and she wont let him come down. She also has got a new man in her life and she says she loves him, even tho she was telling me she loves me not long ago. She is very harsh towards me and thinks I dont care about my son, when she knows I think about him daily and I love him so much. I cry every night and every day cos I miss him and her so much. I even asked her if shes letting my son see this new guy. and shes letting him near him which I think its unfair as its not nice to play with his mind like that and introduce guys to him. I am afraid that My son is going to start calling the new guy dad and I am afraid that the cannabis smoking will make him smoke when he is older.

I ended up nearly causing suicide cos I couldnt take the pain no more. were do I stand? Am I going to be allowed to get him down here? He will love it, I live on a farm and there are lots of animals he will love. Please I need advice. I have called a solicitor and they said they will call me back 🙁

Of course you will mate, you have rights, your solicitor will explain that to you, may cost a few quid though if it ends up going to mediation/court.
