Hi

I had a directions hearing following my c100 & c1a application and I was given 2 nights a week one wk and 3 nights the next.

Current contact order had a Minimum of 3 nights - the mum never stuck to it - instead of enforcing it i went straigght for shared res - so i lost a nigh a week - compared to what the original order said - i guess.

Judge didn't raise and of my concerns in the c1a just that they will conduct safegurading checks....

Any advice (also with regard to the next hearing) i was expecting to continue with the 3 nights everyweek but just get shared residence and get my concerns in the c1a addressed :s

I'll ask the CCLC if they can pop on and comment.
