Still waiting for the report......
Supposed to be filled on the 16th Sept, but they changed this to friday the 20th Sept.
Emailed her today and got a cutting reply saying that it was filled on friday 20th Sept
1) I have just asked for a copy by email - no reply yet. Is she allowed to do this?
I got the section 2 from them by this method as it was done on the day of court. She had no problems emailing the courts and copying my wife to state I wasnt engaging when I couldnt attend the first scheduled meeting as we had court at the same time, but this officer insinuated I should attend her meeting instead.
2) Is she not obliged to discuss her report with us? Making life important decisions should possibly involve the people they are describing?
No feedback just I did it, wait for it......I wouldn't be surprised if the wife has a copy already as our 3yo came on sunday and his opening sentence was "tell the truth daddy", no surprises where this came from.
