i have been informed by my wifes solicitor that the contents from the matrimonial home will not form part of the overall settlement, could someone please confirm this as my wife entered the marital home when i was working and took the majority of items tables chairs television etc without consent or agreement, i have given her solicitor a list of what has been taken and what i believe is the monatary value of these items.
