I would be grateful for some advice regarding my first hearing, it is 4 weeks time (i have just received notification and the papers to serve)
The court has asked me to fill in a C1 because i want to apply for parental responsibility order, when i first applied for court i submitted
C2 x 3
C100 x 3
I stated that i was applying for contact/parental responsibility and they checked them and they fine (i personally handed them in and they checked before submitting) now i have to fill another form in C1? I am just very confused lol
I says on the C1 form
Important Note
You should only answer question 7 if you are applying for a parental responsibility order.
So should i just state my sons name and just complete question 7? or do i have to fill in the whole form (including question 7)
I appreciate any advice or guidance, my mind is just boggled with filling in forms lol

Yes you need to complete C1, send it to the Court (3 copies).
You need to complete the whole of C1 including question 7.
In question 3 put none that you are aware of other than your application for contact.
- Samaritans – call 116 123
- Shout – text the word ‘Shout’ to 85258
