Hi to all.

This is a very brief background of my situation.

I have been separated from my partner for 9 years now. i have two children ( age 12 and 15years ) both boys. For 9 years I have had both boys stay with me for 3 nights each week.

I live in the former family home because I was advised at the time by my solicitor to keep the home to be in with a chance of seeing my children on a regular basis but now find I am not able to keep up with mortgage payments. I want to sell the house but my x partner refuses. The house has been on the market several times but each time I find a buyer my x refuses to sell or sign anything.

Could someone please advise how to get out of this awful situation including any legal advice.

Yours
In anticipation

If she is refusing to allow you to sell then she needs to either buy you out or be very aware that if you lose the house you will both be liable for the outstanding balance and that will affect her too.
