i was in a relationship with a girl and moved away when the relationship fell apart the girl then had a baby and claimed it was mine. i allowed my name to be put on the birth certificate because of the belief that the child was mine then a couple of months later i was told the baby wasnt mine and decided to stay away. a few months passed and i recieved a letter from csa informing me that they would be taking csa straight out of my benefits. i rang them and argued that i wasnt the father, they decided to send me for a dna test but i found that for the 3 months it took them to recieve both sets of dna they have been taking money from me before paternity was prooved. the dna test came back last week prooving the child wasnt mine. Does anybody know if i can claim back the money i wrongly had to pay for a child that wasnt mine
