hi to all dads
most of you know my story so far now i recieved my new court date on 8 may because the ex could not get her legal aid on 8 april.now ive got a letter from my solicitors saying my ex has been refused legalaid(i think because she was not willing to do mediation)so therefore will be reprensenting herself. i do not want the court to feel sorry for her so what is best way forward.

also her previous solicitors have filed a document on her behalf which is all lies which is

1993 onwards me was often aggressive and abusive following the birth of our daughter in 1993 would punch walls and shout at me this behaviour was witnessed by the children how is this possible my other children were born in 98,00.2011 and why have children with me if i was like this there is no police record of me being violent ever surely something would of shown up somewhere not untill i got solicitors involved did she start saying this

sept 2012 onwards me would shout and scream during handovers also ocassions when he would push me and kick the doors at property and the reason she took months to report it was she was to scared at the time but since reported it

oct 2012 me shouted pushed eldest child 19YRs when handing over the youngest so say grabbing her round neck and yelling abuse at her while she was holding him and oldest child was to frighted to report it till over 2 mths later (why wait so long plus i have texts from the ex that my eldest child wanted to talk to me but this was at 1am in morning so i said we talk later but face to face but low and behold round the same time my ex would recieve her first solicitor letter from me all sudden my oldest child wants nothing to do with me i think because of the letter and parent alienation)

jan 2012 she requested hand over take place away from property but me continued to be abusive and aggresive towards me and in front of children and me making negative comments about ex

all this i lies as at handovers which are done at her work theres cameras everwhere so no evidence there also texts saying meet me at house plus im allowed to drop middle child at house but not the 2 i want to live with me

sorry about my grammar spelling

all what she saying makes me out to be a monster for last 20 yrs which is totally lies if anything she was always the controlling one

...I think it could have been worse, and it seems that the court and CAFCASS arn't taking the allegations too seriously which is good news. The separated parents course could be a good thing as it will give you both some insight and help your ex to understand the importance of putting the childrens needs first. I hope it works out for you.
