Hi Guys,

This is my first post and as you've probably guessed, I'm looking for somewhere that can assist with Mediation in the (Bedford) Bedfordshire area.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

Lloyd

Hi there,

I have moved your post down into the main section.

www.nfm.org.uk

Follow the link and you can use the website to locate a mediation service local to you. If the other party lives some distance away it is always better to use a moderator that is nearer to her or at least half way between.

Legal Aid is still available for mediation in certain circumstances, you can check eligibility here

Going to go with Focus Mediation in Milton Keynes - http://www.focus-mediation.co.uk/

Seemed very helpful and understanding over the phone so I'm looking forward to working with them.

Thanks,

Lloyd

As long as you go in with no preconceptions and are willing to compromise then lets hope you can reach agreement and get things back on track?

Good luck.
